Anyone may bid. You do not have to register first.

1. Open the bid request and use Send a bid.
2. Fill in your company, your price, how many days the work takes and how long your price stands.
3. Attach what is asked for: proposal, licence, certificate of insurance. PDF, image or Office file.
4. Send it. It does not count yet.
5. We email you a link. Open it and your bid counts, with the time you opened it.

That link is why we ask for your email: it is how we know the address is real and reaches you. It works once and it is only yours.

After you send it

Once a bid is submitted nobody edits it — not you, not the office, not us. A bid that could be retyped afterwards is not a bid, and you can only be held to what you actually sent. If you got something wrong, write to the association.

You will hear from us when the bid request closes, and again when the work is awarded or declared deserted. If it is not awarded to you, we say so; we do not leave you waiting.
